Garmin 520...does not find satellites after update?

Has this problem occurred for anyone else???

Worked well, performed an update last week...then it would not recognize or find satellites/gps coverage. thus no speed or distance readings. each start up shows a "updating firmware" message. i performed a reset. no change.

I sent an email to Garmin. I'm curious to see what their c.s. is like.

try to put it in normal gps mode only (no glonass), then see if you have satellites. If they do appear then put it back on gps+glossnass again and see if it works.
