Cinelli Volee 3D, but it can be hard on bare hands after a winter of gloved riding.

I really like Zevlin. Black with the blue stitching would look good on your Speedvagen.

Fabric Silicone: https://fabric.cc/products/tape/silicone-bar-tape/

Super comfortable...very easy to clean...no adhesive tape for re-wraps.

Supacaz!

Does not wear well and is overpriced.

Fizik superlight 2mm.

+1. Or the Endurance 2.5mm.

Comfortable, lasts forever, easy to wrap and rewrap, available everywhere. If you want white, the 'classic touch' texture cleans up great.

Why bother with anything else?

mostly, bartape=bartape so I go with aesthetics. On the SW, go with an all red Specialized saddle, and all red bar tape. They'd highlight the red accents nicely.

On the Master, get crazy with some "chrome" bar tape. I don't think you'll find a matching saddle, but chrome tape might look cool. It's pretty inexpensive on ebay so if you don't like it, it'll be an inexpensive mistake. Chrome Tape (https://www.ebay.com/itm/Alero-TY-132-PU-EVA-Foamed-Road-Bike-Bicycle-Handlebar-Bar-Tapes-Gold-Silver/162328558745?var=461342697184&hash=item25cb893c99:m:m1HZl-o8qEaxy6m5h3Lu4UA)

I've currently got a set of white Shorex silicone bar tape.
I like the fact that you can manipulate thickness and width by stretching it. It also has no adhesive backing because of the silicone just natural holds in place.

I use the smooth one.

100x over I would choose this stuff. Classy, and cool. Comes in white also.

Zevlin has gone the way of the dodo. A real shame since their tape was fantastic.

Whatever you decide to use please finish the tape ends nicely.
I've seen several show bikes in print and on line lately where someone used black electrical tape and not in a good way. No matter how beautiful the bike it just ruins everything.
You could get some 1/8" pinstripe tape in the speedwagen color and keep the bar tape in black.

Everyone always tries to one-up the "cool/rare/never heard of it" factor in these threads, but in 2018 these two replies really are the correct answer.

In the op's case, both boxes in black.

I'm running fabric silicone tape and the supacuz. Both are great and I'd recommend either.

What about something classy like ...

For the Speedvagen - Black with Red stitching ?

For the Colnago - Black with White stitching ?

I've really taken to the Arundel Synthetic Gecko. It's basically a silicone so no annoying backing needed, adds some natural padding, non-slip and can wash it clean. Plus you can re-wrap as needed since no backing.

Let me know if you want to sell the SV

Geez - guess it's just me in for traditional Cinelli Cork (with an underlayer of cloth 'hockey' tape...). Especially for the Colnago.

I really like the Brooks Microfiber tape.
Made by Fizik. Preforated with good padding and a nice feel. Looks good too.

I went with this on a bike recently, it's awesome stuff, but not as awesome as the old PRO smart digital tape I was looking for.

If you like the look of perforated leather and light or dark brown (it also comes in a dozen other colors) but don't like the cost of leather or its slipperiness when wet, you might like Fizik Superlight Classic.

It’s well worth the money. The stuff lasts forever, and can be removed to clean and then re-wrapped. I have had a set of wrap on one bike for seven seasons, and that bike has seen almost daily use. In the long run, it’s less expensive than the Fizik wrap I used to use and had replaced at least once or twice each season.
