Ok...my first goal races come in March...so I chill in September (and get stupid running fantasies), then start my Foundation training in October....
80-miler today, nice and steady 52x17...coming back into town, I roll by this tree...hear sudden rodent-freakout chatter sounds. Next thing I know, the little bugger takes a flying leap, lands on my shoe, and thanks to my 95rpm cadence, he gets punted about four feet the other way.
