does this app/function exist: iPhone/GPS Q??

i'm pretty NON tech savvy...


is there an app or some function that allows the following:

let's say i have a GPS course, from mapmyride, or ridewithgps or some other route sharing website. is there a way to see, in real time that map on my phone with where i am? basically an overlay of the course on the phone's mapping application, so if i'm out riding on a planned course, i can quickly access the map and determine if i'm on course and where?

The monthly RideWithGPS subscription gives you course directions on your phone. If you just need to see where you are on a map with a route overlay, Gaia GPS can do it.

Yep, my friend has it (premium) and loves it, also his roommate can track us on his phone know exactly where we are at on a ride.
