A beautiful small coastal town on the South Western coast of Florida.....Anyone out there wanting to move to warm weather and work in a nice bike shop. Maybe someone wanting to semi retire. I don't know anything much about the shop (my nephew worked there a while....really nice considerate owner)....but love the town. Believe shop is in the middle of the small historic down town area....restaurants, coffee shops, sidewalk cafe's, small shops, stuff like that. Life is good there. Not too hot in summer from ocean breezes....life slows down, and perfect in winter. Pretty much shorts year around. Close to water.
