Does anyone know of a place that sells single cogs for replacement for a Sram 1170 cassette? The 2nd position 12-tooth on mine appears damaged. All the others are silky smooth. Would hate to have to replace the whole thing.

Unless somebody takes a new cogset and splits it apart, no individual cogs from sram. Try using a shimano 12t..it'll fit...or replace the entire cogset with a shimano one..probably shift better and be less noisey.

If you asked a week ago before I tossed my old cassette (the 12 tooth cog had more life in it) I would have happily given you one. Perhaps buy a new cassette and use the 12t from that - unless you use that cog a lot more than I do you could then continue to use that when you switch out the rest of the cassette when it wears.
