Are you sure 'Watts' should be pluralized in this case? I suspect that the savings is a fraction of a Watt - at least according a study at Friction Facts:

If you can pay to play, game on. Combined with a low friction bb, clean drivetrain, and properly prepared chain, people riding near their margins will appreciate the extra watt or two. If you want to be the best possible for a race you're targeting, I think this makes sense if you have the means. For the everyday rider it makes much less sense as much more than just bike candy.

I think the smaller top wheel than in the first-gen version solves the laggy shifting issues users were experiencing too. I can dig it.
