Colorado seat post diameter

What is the diameter of 1991 Colorado seatpost? A 27.2 only goes to the lug depth and stops.

Mine is 27.2 but I have noticed that not all 27.2 fit the same. Maybe try a different 27.2 and see if you have the same issue.

They were all spec'd 27.2.

Maybe a little work with a hone. You might have some excess brazing material in there.
