Midfoot cleat position on Bont MTB shoes

I've moved SPD cleats back into the midfoot position on Specialized and Garneau shoes but have no experience with Bont. Does anyone here have experience to share?

Yup. Did it with bebops on Bonts. Really easy. Remove insole. Put a cleat bolt into the existing t nuts and just knock them out from the outside. Reuse 2, or get new ones. Mark and drill the outsole, start the bolts into the tnuts and just crank them down. Easy as pie. If the tnuts now are in a place that you can feel (unlikely) a bit of thin bartape over them works.
