Has anyone gone? I got picked for today's sale of tickets. I've never seen him but have been a fan for a long time.

My father saw the show (twice, i think) as a big fan -- he said (and he's seen him in concert at least 20 times) that it was the best thing he's done/show he's seen..

I too got a text today...

Are you going to buy?

Going to try -- seems you're permitted to buy 6 total tickets. I know my mother's been dying to see the show, so 2 for her, 2 for my wife and i, and probably 2 to pass on to my old man if i'm feeling benevolent.

2 per show, but 6 overall : "Ticket Limits
There is a two (2) ticket limit per event. Maximum aggregate ticket limit for performances 10/3/17 – 12/15/18 is 6 tickets."

Went and saw it last week. It was incredible. It was about 1/2 story telling (excerpts from his book as far as I could tell) and 1/2 songs. I've seen him twice before this in big venues and it's a totally different vibe obviously. My seats were $500 and worth every penny, we were up on the mezzanine but the theatre is so small that I reckon there's not a bad seat in the house.

Thats a he ll of a way to have a first show.
$500? yea...that'd be worth it for any fan.

I've had the opty to see some pretty big names up close and it's a remarkable concert experience.

900 seats? wow...the smallest he has played around here was the 3500 seat auditorium at Berkeley High School but that was a looooong time ago.

I was there the first night of previews and went again with my non Bruce fan girlfriend.

I’m a big fan of the lyrics and the stories. Very few songwriters have the ability to create such broad imagery in just a few dozen words.

The song he wrote for his mom is great “the wish” and he does a stunning version of Long Walk Home..the show hasn’t changed much since I saw it in the beginning of October

I’ll go again at some point later this year.. you can generally buy day of performance tickets on stubhub at a price that is only terribly unreasonable.

Definitely a great experience for anyone, even the GF was moved and became a bit of a fan last night.. he’s a great story teller.

I got picked today too. I saw the price of tickets and figured I’d rather have a new bike. I’ve seen Bruce multiple times, and he’s always great live. I’ve had a lot of friends who have seen the broadway show and rave about it. A friend went Monday night in fact.

I ended up buying tix, but they only had the 700 seats, row J. However, my sis had tix for May in the nosebleed balcony, 75 bucks, so we exchanged. I love Bruce, from the Main Point/Tower days in 75, but 1500 bucks was a bit much. I'm hoping I'll get 89% of the experience, plus I'll do the lottery.

We are going April 7. I've seen him many times is large and smaller venues. The smaller venues and solo shows have always been the best. Can't wait.
For the curious, we got the tix through the legit lottery. 3rd row balcony, 75 bucks.
