Trp Spyre vs Spyke

I’m currently building up a drop bar mountain bike. In looking at brake choices, I’ve decided to give Trp’s a try. I know these have different pulls and I’ve got levers for both, but wondering if there is any advantage one over the other. Thanks.

I don't think there's an advantage if you're using the correct corresponding brake levers and calipers. That said, the ones for linear pull calipers always looked strange to me. I'd go with spyres + correct short pull levers.
