I need to stock up on tubes. I'd like to find some that are 32c, relatively light(ish), good quality, and have non threaded valves. Any suggestions?
I'm not ready to go tubeless.

Michelin tubes are un-threaded.

Just get regular tubes- No need for anything special for 32mm tires.

You are talking latex tubes, I hope?

Vittoria shows their Ultralite in 30-38 mm size and Lite in 25-32. Both are pictured with smooth valves, though I know I've had threaded Vittoria valves in the past. Their widest latex tubes are 25-28.

Challenge sells 29-38 mm latex tubes.
