I have a new set of DT350 hubs with centerlock rotor mounts and a nice, new set of bolt on rotors. Are the adapters OK, and if so, what are good ones?

I run them on most all of my centerlock wheels. Even on a Dt350; been very happy with them.

Get the ones where the lock ring holds the rotors instead of having 6 bolts. I think the DT Swiss and Reynolds branded ones.

They work better than the 6-bolt ISO traditional system. The 6-bolt systems sit around waiting for you to strip or cross-thread a hole, and the best rotors are mostly available in CenterLock. Shimano is standardized on CenterLock (it's their invention) and that's driving 6-bolt gradually out of popularity.
