Kool Stop brake pads for Campy holders

I have some mid-2000s Record skeleton brakes. I need new pads and want some Kool Stops. LBS has the Super Record 2011 pads. I see these and the Campy 2000 pads on the Kool Stop web site, and I think the Campy 2000s are really the ones I need, but it also suggests the SR 2011s are backward compatible. Can anyone shed some light on this? Can I use the SR2011s, and is there any drawback to these over the 2000s?
