I've been to that castle. It was back in 87, on a skiing trip. Most photographed castle in the world, or so I'm told.

If you think it's too much, don't buy it. Rest assured, the price will come down.

If you're buying at that price, you have only yourself to blame. Rest assured, the price will continue to rise.

Dewd, you only wear those when you've got the $5,000 wheel set to go with it. If not, you're just a poser. ;)

Tch, Ugly Betty...I mean Grant is in deep...goin' the whole NJS route. It'll be a drooler for certain but hey there is nothing wrong with THAT ok? I "get it" so drop it.

WHAT I'M talking about are f'in stoopid items that nobody needs for ridiculous prices pervaded by suppliers who want to make me feel fat, unworthy and less glamorous.

I'll give you another. $190 (thats a good price btw) for fenders. Oh, you'll howl because the maker is a good dewd...infact I dig everything he does BUT! ***. Don't even try to convince me they are durable and won't crack. Kiss me on the lips and say "Pal, this is the blingiddy bling bling you nizzle fo shizzle...ba dizzle?" and I'll swoon....no doubt. But please don't pander with common sense.

I bid on a set of Hyperon wheels today. Thankfully I was not the high bidder. Total poser here, getting fatter by the day, bidding on bling bike parts and looking to spend my next couple paychecks on mods for my new VW GTI.

Those toe straps do look nice. But they are not complete without the little pads that go on either side of the toe clip.

Uh oh. This is a slippery slope. Soon, someone will be saying that Dura Ace's not worth the premium over Ultegra!
