As some of you know, I will be starting a new job in St. Louis soon. The airline I will work for has domiciles in St. Louis and in Richmond, VA. I do not yet know where will be based, though the first couple months or so will be in St. Louis.

It has already been determined that St. Louis is pretty good. But how are things in Richmond if I end up there? Is it hilly? How are the winters? Is there a "scene"?

Do tell!

Saab,

I haven't lived in Richmond but I did live in the NoVa. area (about an hour
up 95). Richmond will give you a mix of conditions, you got your
hills, got the shenadoahs to the west, and have flatter
rides heading east. I don't know if there is
a scene there but I do know that the traffic scene is less intense
than Northern Va.
Theres a possibility that I may end up in that area, it'd be a nice
change from the lack of hills here in Texas.
