View Full Version : Follow up - Ripples in carbon rim sidewal
I posted a picture a while back of my Zipp 303 (see here (http://forums.thepaceline.net/showthread.php?t=21169) for details). I sent the wheel off to Zipp but it was out of warranty and I was preparing for a battle over how much it would cost to have it fixed.
I returned last night from riding in Wisconsin for 9 days and was unpacking when there was a ring on the bell. UPS with a new wheel from Zipp (my hub but new spokes and rim). Total cost: 0.
A good outcome and a happy guy. :)

Glad to hear that. FWIIW, your experience with Zipp warranty is not uncommon. They are pretty good that way.
