I dont know the levers ok?
But even with campagnolo you can use shimano cables, as long as the head fits i do not see why not. Unless sram came up with the last in cable technology aswell with a like bb37635735 brake cable head i do not see why it should not work.
If the head tad tight just file it a little bit... if lose... even better.

yes, BRAKE cables are all the same.
SHIFT cables are where things change.
Shimano/SRAM cable heads are slightly larger than campy and will get jammed in a campy shifter.
Or at least that was the case last I checked.

I run Shimano housing and cables with ETap on mine and no issue.

Sure, probably a great idea to boot..:) But standard ends, widths of inner wire and housing.
