and I suppose it was too difficult to mention any of us?!
I don't think he even knows us, now that he's famous...
Uh...."VP of Sales Engineering for a Manufactures’ Representative"???
I can handle VP of Sales, or Manufacturer's Representative, or Engineering -- but "Sales Engineering"? "for" a Manufacturer's Representative???
Huh??? I don't mean to be obtuse (sorry Obtuse) -- or rude -- but I'm fascinated by the apparent gobbledy-gook that America produces.
I was thinking someone was remaking Fame and Smiley had a bit part with all the girls.
Zap - are you saying Smiley has girly-bits?
Smiley - nice bio. Litte fixated on the sailing these days, aren't we?

Now Smiley, how do I say this, uuuh, diplomatically, about you and white jerseys . . .

Nice profile!
I'm intrigured by your response to this question: 16. Who would play you in a movie about your life? Peter Sellers.
Given that Sellers himself was a bit of a zelig (that is, a "human chameleon"), I'm wondering which Sellers you'd choose:
a. Dr. Strangelove
b. Inspector Clouseau
c. Hrundi V. Bakshi
d. Chance the Gardener
e.

I vote for Dr. Strangelove. Although I guess we could ask his wife about that?
Hey Smiley...all the Falafel I've seen commercially available appears to have been deep fried...how is that "without the fat?"
(I love the stuff...due to variables in recipes I can't chance eating the commercially available stuff...but if you have a baked falafel recipe, by all means, please share!)

any good falafel joint will deep fry the stuff
baked falafel is so so, but it's okay if you have enough tahini
if anyone has falafel recipes please share--I have always used "kits" when doing at home, but it's not as good
there's a place on teh internets where you can order baked falafel that is pretty good, I think it's called "taste of nations"--just put in oven for a few minutes and ready to go

If all the folks in the Middle East could get along half as well as Smiley and I do, there would be much sharing of falafel and gefilte fish on both sides! :)

I didn't know you was from Egypt...far out.
Nice profile Smiley. You've got five more minutes coming.
I don't think I've ever had Egyptian falafel, but I'm game. With Lebanese and Israeli variants under my belt for all eternity, I say fry those ceci suckers.
