I wouldn't pay $60, but if it were $20-25 I'd buy it and send to Bob Freeman to have a Ti post bonded to the head.

I would prefer one of these over the older record posts he's converted.

It's a zero insertion seatpost. Save weight especially after it falls off.

...or it is simply for parts. Those seat cradles are VERY hard to find and they are not cheap if you do find them.

In a couple of weeks the Mid-Atlantic's annual convention dedicated to such things will be held-i.e. the Westminster (MD) swap meet. That seatpost will pale in comparison to the literally HUNDREDS of worn out MTB tires for sale (with the mud), used shoes that look as if a flat tire had occurred at the beginning of the Bataan Death March and they were worn for the duration, bent handlebars, well used cycling shorts (ewwwww), and various and numerous other bits that would have their highest calling fulfilled by landing in a landfill.

LOL... that is true :D

Well, I always go with almost no money but i got good deals in that show :), but yes it is true what you are saying aswell :)

Always remember the dude that showed up with a pellet of campagnolo record cranks, or a couple of guys that had easy like 400 brand new rims, I even thought they were going to sell them all, it did not happen for some reason I cant understand because they were letting the stuff go for pennies. I got some tubular rims from them which I regret selling later :D

Who is going to westminster??? Im in conversations with my associate to get a table as usual.

Well I guess if you sell by the gram, then that post is probably about 3/4 the price of a regular size one right?

I wouldn't pay one single penny for it, but I do know of some people here who would in fact buy it, cut off the clamp section, and then bond the carbon tube to their too-short carbon fork steerer tube, in order to extend it....

Ever wonder what a "fistful of post" should look like? Look no further!

Yeah, but read the fine print, though.

It clearly states, "Juniores version of "A Fistful of Post", as sized by my nephew Alex, age 11. Patent Pending. Colnago Ernesto & C. S.r.l."
