Experiences, good/bad? Is it legit? Generic review sites say the customer service is terrible, but still might be worth it for the price I’m getting for a jacket.

It's legit. I think a lot of their jackets and whatnot are from previous seasons (going back several years) for what that's worth. I ordered a set of cheap 29+ wheels for my fat bike with no issue. Was able to use ActiveJunky as well with my purchase.
