Affordable carbon suspension corrected fork?

Icy here on MV so today was out on the ice bike, a Klein Pulse II shod with Nokian Freddie's Revenz tires (336 carbide studs!). The original Rock Shox Judy SL fork isn't all that functional so I'm thinking about replacing it with a rigid carbon fork. The steerer is 1-1/8", and right now it's set up with V brakes though I could throw a disc on if absolutely necessary to make a fork work. I think 435mm axle to crown would be ideal.

Carver Bikes (Bikeman) has quite a few carbon rigid forks. I’m waiting on the steel 440 AC fork from them myself.
