Anyone have advice about golf elbow that hurts while riding especially up hill?

Break your humerus and get it put back together. Golf/tennis elbow disappears after that.

Mine never hurt on a bike but I've had both golf inside and tennis outside and these things really work. Also second the ice massage and oh yeah what the Dr. says rest. ProBand BandIt will provide immediate relief (or won't work at all).
