WI T11 Adjustment

My rear T11 hub is feeling kind of crunchy - before I take in to LBS for some new bearings - how do I adjust the "preload"? I've seen this recommended a couple places but don't know how to do it...

Pretty easy to change bearings, too, I did that on a pair I bought used on eBay. Got the bearings at BikeHubStore.com
