Rock n' roll vs Muc Off

Bike shop has both Rock n'Roll absolute dry and Muc Off C3 ceramic dry. Trying to decide between both, which has the most positive feedback?

Rock and Roll Gold is unbelievable. The chain literally looks new after application. My go to.

I really like Rock n Roll, with the caveat that it requires applications far more frequently than every thousand miles or whatever ridiculous number they claim (unless you ride pristine, dry roads 100% of the time)
