I dont' know if this is real or not but if it is it's quite funny...unless you're either guy in the video. Here's what the write up of the video states...

"It's a real show in Holland... It's a video of a Dutch interviewer who is interviewing a man on LIVE TV (like a Dutch version of 60 Minutes)on "surgeries gone wrong". This man had a surgical team inadvertently remove his testicles."

Uh doubtful, very doubtful.
The surgery is rarely done in the US and probably in Holland also. A few indications would be metastatic prostate cancer, testicular cancer(usually just one) and gender change operations. Besides the surgery would have no change on his voice no matter how many jokes you have heard to the contrary.
Seems like the guy might be a bubble off plumb, or it's ratings season.
