ok, taking off the ultra torque super record 11 from a serotta legend ti.
took off retaining clip, unscrewed and removed bolt....it won't budge.
any tips for removal without damaging frame or crank

Assuming that all the retaining hardware (bolt, clip, etc) has been removed, and the cups simply have a tight fit:

Re-insert the bolt, but only screw it in partially. Give the allen wrench a few gentle taps with a mallet.

Rotate the crank so that the arm is aligned with one of the frame tubes (seat, chain stay, or down tube) and push against the tube while holding the crank arm. It'll budge a little, then just keep rotating to the different tubes until the whole thing comes free.

Give the back of the crank arms a hard tap with the palm of your hand.

Some gentle love taps with a rubber mallet can do the trick too.

perfect!!!! came right off with gentle taps to allen
