I have this set of pre-built wheels with campy chorus hubs from ~2003 (not sure that is relevant) which were used with a 9sp cassette previously. I want to know if it is 10sp compatible. I don't recall if the 9sp cassette had a spacer or not. Can I just measure the freehub body to find out if a 10sp cassette will fit? If so, what is the width reqd for 10sp. I also don't have a10sp cassette yet, otherwise I would stick it on and see.
Any suggestions how to find out?
Thanks is advance.

it should be a 10 speed hub. My chorus hubs are from 2001 and they are 10 speed.

Yup, go ahead and put a campy 10 speed cassette on there.

thanks for the info. I am just a rear derailer and cassette away from upgrading to 10sp. The gearing change will definitely help my climbing. :)

I believe that year was the first version with the oversize hub body. both that one and the previous iteration are compatible with 9s and 10s cassettes. the lockrings differ between the two versions. as previously stated, you're fine.
