Question concerning wheel upgrate

I would like to upgrade the wheels on my 2005 Nove. I am currently riding on Mavic Ksyrium Elites. I want something more compliant and lighter. I weigh 150. Any suggestions?

wheels don't deflect on the vertical plane bucky. buy some better tires and put less air in them.
