Is it available anywhere or is there another color that is a reasonable match?

Thanks in advance.

You should be able to order it from Serotta's web site.

some feel that Testors model paint is the best touch-up paint one can use. It comes in so many colors that there is almost always a nearly perfect match for a bike's paint. Riding my Waterford into the hobby shop to choose the right color was amusing but the color was perfect. It cost about $1.50.

I was also able to match the 18 year-old red paint on my Sachs. Although the bike was never ridden (as far as I can tell), it did have some "shop wear" and a nice shade of Testor's red filled in the chips nicely.

testors. always found testors paint (the enamel) to match perfectly when haivng to touchup the paont on bikes. oh yeah, and you can't go wrong with the price. like $1.50 a bottle. avaialable at good hobby shops and i have even bought it at walmart although the colors are more limited. again make sure you get the enamel (have to use paint thinner to clean brushes). testors also has latex paints which i wouldn't think are as durable.

I will be heading down to the hobby shop later today to see if I can find a match. Thanks to all for the responses.

you can mix your own custom colors using the Testers paints too.
