How do I go about giving a hyperlink to a single post...

right-click on the number -----> over there

like #1

right-click and select 'copy shortcut' or 'copy link location'

then paste where you want, using the right-click again

After pressing the "Post Reply" button, you'll see a row of icons above the box where you type your message.

Press the fifth button from the right - If you roll your mouse over it, it says "Insert Hyperlink". The icon is a globe with two chainlinks in front of it.

That will pop up a dialog box. Type the text you want to be displayed in that box. Press the OK button.

That will pop up a second dialog box. Press <ctrl>-v to paste your previously-copied URL into the box. Press to OK button.

Et voila!
