Early morning rides lately have been humid and/or foggy and the clear lenses on my sunglasses have been clouding over. Wondered if anyone had specific recommendations that have worked well for you? Thanks

Have never used it for cycling, but "Cat Crap" works well for snow sports goggles/glasses. That reminds me .... would have worked well this past weekend.

I remember several years ago that there was a product sold in ski shops called "cat crap" that was supposed to help with fogging in ski goggles. Oakley also sells a water repellent spray kit that's supposed to help as well.

Depending on how much the glasses cost you and if you're willing to experiment Rain X has a product for the inside of car windows that's supposedly an anti fog.

Sitzmark beat me to it! ;)

I use the little white anti-fog cloth sold in the ski department of sporting goods stores. Cheap $2-3 so can keep in multiple bags

Also have used the cat-crap product

I used to use Cat Crap on my eyeglasses when I ran. It worked.

I use this on my scuba diving mask and will try it on my glasses this winter.

I've used all kinds of products. Cat-crap works okay ,a little goes a long ways. I found using the Smith anti-fog cloths that you can buy at the ski shop work well and are easy and convenient.
I tried Rain-X but I felt my eyes burning when I put the glasses on. Haven't used it since. I've tried numerous anti-fog spray on products but the ski cloths seem to have given me the best results with the least hassle.

Catcrap is soap. rub a dry bar of soap on them and polish.

Cat crap. I use it on my motor goggles, and sometime on cycling glasses.

One local pro cyclist used to use Rain-X.

I use Foggies (https://www.amazon.com/Triswim-Anti-Fog-Towelette-cleaning-Towelettes/dp/B00374FAUQ), and get them in the swim shop here. The target audience is swimmers but they work great on cycling glasses too. Quickly wipe inside of lens then put the towelette in a snack size zip lock bag. It can be reused for about three or four weeks before drying out too much.

I don't use any product. I just slide the glasses down a little and continue to move. I don't really have to put up with humidity where I live.

I know that it's going to sound strange and will probably get a lot of "yuck" comments but try licking the inside of your lenses and then wiping it out. It's a variation of an old scuba trick where you spit in your mask and it works.

I do this with my swim goggles (spit, wipe around, rinse, done), and it works.

Any decent ski shop should have an anti-fog spray. Probably works well for general cleaning too, I'd imagine.

I'll give cat crap a try I think. I have done the spit thing and an old toothpaste trick also on swim goggles but I'll try actual stuff on my sunglasses and see how it goes.
