I have one and love it for what it it, a commuter bike with light touring option. She's not light however.

yes, have one. agreed not light but don't need it to be.
usually carrying panniers on the front as a commuter, but i have taken it light off-road

I have the titanium one. It's light :) I'm super happy with it - it's my do-everything bike, used for daily commutes, gravel fun, and roadie rides. Very versatile, very fun bike.
