Worth every penny, but not the best ad copy..

I hate electronic groups for so many reasons. There, I said it.

That's a beaut! There's nothing wrong with electronic, but it just doesn't integrate with that frameset in a beautiful way. Frankly, I'm more grossed out by that saddle and seatpost!

$6K bike with almost zero description, 54 altho' it looks like a 56, misspellings in what little is in the ad. Hmmm, seems fishy. Love the paint. Emailed the seller, cause I'm bored and sober and could use a little fun and games.

Thank you for the laugh. My day needed it!;)

zip ties. blech. that's what i hated about di2 when it first came out, as much as i wanted to be an early adopter (loved the way it worked, but couldn't stand the aesthetics of that stupid wire-covering tape and various zip ties needed to make it function.

that pegoretti probably rides & works like a charm however.

I'd agree,don't think that is a 54,maybe a 57 as that TT looks loooong.

Seller will sell for $5K for just the frame and fork. Hmm, can't I get it new for that?

At that point but the whole thing for 6k and part the other stuff out.

It's definitely a pretty frame - but a terrible job on setting up the rest. I'd say it's worth quite a few less pennies.

That EPS is, what, V2? Laaaaaame

EPS v1 headaches. I'm really not seeing anything that says $6k and buy me. I would think that bike as is around $4.2k

Every penny may have been a stretch ;)

It's posted "Eastside Seattle", which could mean rich guy who knows nothing about bikes, guy with money but not time to list properly, divorce sale out of spite, or it's stolen..

I do love the paint job though.

$4-4.5k seems more reasonable.

If I were that size, heck yeahs - it goes without saying yours is the one to buy...the PSA was more of a "huh, that's interesting" We need an acronym for those types of posts me thinks...

ZipTies, Speedplays, about a foot of spacers......the only thing missing are tri bars.

You forgot "campagnola".

Anyhow, doesn't that more or less mean an Italian lady redneck?

Frame set is sweet. Mounting option on the stand for that type of bike and the Campagnola group makes me think seller is just moving the bike along.

$4500 is about how far I would go. Otherwise, buy a new frame and build it up.

With Campagnola

"Brand New, have not seen 1 mile"

I wonder how the drivetrain got so dirty and worn? Zip-ties look aged. I think we know what this is.

I dig the frameset and would give the super record eps a try since I haven't yet, but the post and saddle as well as the extra spacers would have to go. I am a fan of green, the frameset is 5k+ the upcharge for ciavete. Super record eps is pretty expensive and the wheels and rest probably ain't cheap. All that being said used bikes just don't command that kinda dough these days...
