Anybody using the Polar M450?

Anybody here using the Polar M450? My wife's been using one for maybe a year, and she keeps having problems with the computer not "finding" her sensors. Apparently Polar's customer service sucks, so she's looking for an end user with experience troubleshooting this device. If you've got any experience please PM me. Thanks.

I've had mine for about four months. I've not had an issue with the chest strap sensor not reading on the display. I don't use the fork or cadence sensors. Occasionally, it might take an extra try to get it to sync up with the app on my phone.

Tell me the steps she's going thru. I've only paired mine with the bluetooth chest strap transmitter one time and have had no problem with it finding the signal.

Apparently shorting out the battery leads on the heart rate monitor resolved all of the issues she was having (Da hell?!?!?)

This is why I ride with the most bare-bones basic $20 Sigma cyclometer :banana:
