I am planning to buy some Ciamillo brakes but I want to have yellow pads with them, to be used with aluminum rims. Could anyone indicate such pads?

For style points?

You can use any yellow carbon pad on aluminum rims.. I've done it plenty of times. They wear hella fast, though, and are more expensive.. so it's just kind of a waste

Yes, just for style. At the moment, my back doesn't allow me to use my bike properly. However, I can still ride slowly on a beautiful Italian bike.

Yellow pads (speaking of SwissStop specifically) are fine with alloy rims; I've done it and it is manufacturer-approved. It is said that you shouldn't switch off to carbon rims with the same pads because small shards of alloy will abrade the carbon. I did that for a year and even a crappy pair of Reynolds Attacks held up fine. They're good pads. Matching brake pads for cosmetics is hard core !
