Portland, OR bike rental

I know you guys will have the answer. Some friends are in Portland for the next few days and they want to rent some bikes to ride along the river path or wherever else you might recommend . They aren't looking for high end rentals but they are both fit and know how to ride.

Any good suggestions ?

Biketown bike share system is easiest with locations along that whole area.

Waterfront bikes is good as well.

If they want fancier, then Bike Gallery.

No experience with these guys, but they kinda make it sound like they've got a good selection and size range. http://www.pdxbikerentals.com/

Maybe try posting on OBRA and see if local racers will loan/rent you a bike?

I'd offer, if I had any to spare... currently only have one bike on two wheels, and I ride it!


EDIT - oops, apparently I read the OP wrong. Thought you said looking for high-end.... not NOT looking for high end.
