If you haven't seen this it is well worth your time and in fact if you can get a friend who doesn't cycle it may save his or her life. Many of us are aware how cycling can transform ones life but many scoff or think of a bicycle as a toy. If they take the time to watch this, they may be persuaded to give it a try.
