Help Please: Joule 2 Won't Connect After Windows 10 Upgrade

Hi

A very annoying problem has developed with my Joule 2.0.
Everything working fine till a few weeks ago, but now, when I connect to my laptop to download ride data it will not link up with the laptop.
Normally when the Joule connects to the laptop the Joule's screen will flip to a "Joule is Connected" mode. This is not happening and as a result Power Agent cannot find it to download data.
It will link successfully with other laptops.
The laptop where the issue is occurring has recently gone through a Windows 10 upgrade. The connection issue seems to coincide with the upgrade.

Wondering if anyone has solved a similar issue or has any suggestions?

Have you considered rolling back the last update?

Hi Weisan,

I have but eventually the updates will need to be installed. Would like to try and solve the issue first if possible.

The windows creators update has been causing all sorts of issues. Rolling back has been a common necessity. There are some pretty massive advantages to creators from a security perspective, hopefully everything will catch up.
