Painter for Seatpost

Anyone can recommend a good painter for seatpost? I need get logos stripped from a seatpost before respray it with gloss clear coat. Other than durability, my biggest concern is the refinished seatpost stays with the spec'd diameter. Thanks.

Carbon seatpost??? thats super easy... you can do it at home, you need to get good clear coat tho.
