Cyclist Autograph help?

Shot in the dark here. I've inherited the duty to organize my company's MS150 team. In the treasure trove of old jerseys are a few signed jerseys: one of Lance Armstrong and three of someone I cannot identify. The jersey is from the Tour of Missouri, which ran from 2007 - 2009.

Anyone have any clue?

No idea, but I thought adjusting the contrast/brightness might help. It didn't for me, but makes it look more clear, I think.

I did a Google search of the names I could find in the wiki posts for each tour but couldn't nail it down. Looks most like Moises Aldape but that's still a stretch.

The little squiggle at the bottom that looks like an "M" with an umlaut could be part of a name (like Moises) or a doodle of a bicycle.

Also, the other jerseys like this have identical signatures so whatever this name is, it's intentional.
