I've had an exceptionally smooth ride with the Specialized Pave seatpost with the Zert insert. Has anyone had experienced their carbon frame and forks with the Zert inserts?

I am currently riding a 2006 S-Works Roubaix full carbon frame with zertz inserts in the seatstays and fork. I replaced the Pave post with an Easton EC90 zero offset post (fit issue) and while honestly I think the frame is very smooth/nice riding, swapping the post really didn't seem to matter much. At least as far as my tush was concerned.

Its a nice frame and I have zero complaints other than having to do a few things fit-wise that I'm not crazy about. Hence my posting from the other day requesting input on a Serotta vs. Seven Aerios as I think I may move to a custom frame for next season.

I just bought some 'Fact', full-carbon forks with the zertz, and they're very good. Slightly on the rigid side for a full-carbon fork, which is what i wanted.
I can imagine they'd be perfect with the carbon frame. These ones, but without the Sydney bike shop, 'Cyclery Northside' stickers :)

This review is of a similar bike with the Zertz

I have a Specialized Roubaix Pro with Dura Ace. It is definitely a little softer feeling than my Parlee Z1x, especially in the front end. I prefer the ride and feel of the Parlee, but the Specialized is a fine bike. And, although the Zertz look gimmicky, I think they actually work.
