Any concerns here? Just checking before I dig into this too deeply.

For reference it is a set of 46/36 rings with a 5800 front derailleur. Crankset is a Ritchey WCS model.

Thanks!

They will work fine.

Hey Ol Spud,

Along these same lines ( but reversed and apples to oranges ) will a 10 speed Shimano crankset work with an 11 speed Shimano chain and a SRAM 11 speed yaw front derailleur?

As always, thank you for your knowledge and generosity!

11 speed chain will work with any speed below, given it's Shimano/SRAM and not campy.

I tried a 10speed ultegra 6750 crank on my Force22 yaw FD and while the shifting wasn't as good as the ultegra FD it worked just fine. And by saying shifting wasn't as good, the shifts were a little less "crisp" but what I did like was not needing to trim AT ALL once the shift was made.

You should be fine with the Yaw FD on whatever crank and chain you decide on. Good luck.

Assuming 11s shifters...since the 10s rings are a wee bit further apart(same thickness tho), you 'may' get some chain to fder rub at either highest gear or lowest gear.

You ok?
