Boring stage IMO. Nothing to spoil, unless you were hoping it was going to be exciting. I looked at the preview yesterday, and it was basically flat with a few short climbs --- nothing to really separate anyone.

Well, lumpy. One for the rouleurs or the sprinters more likely. Anyway, it's the riders and how they approach the day which makes a stage exciting or not, IMHO. Watching some emaciated droid go uphill at speeds I can't achieve on the flat - for a 15km climb - does not make an exciting spectacle for me.
