It's 2006.

Can't read into the future.

I read part of it, didn't exactly sound like a sufferfest, 4* hotels, gourmet meals, celebrity encounters, exotic cars, what kinda fun is that? Did Robin Leach do a video? ;)

Andrew,
I read it on the Serotta site, but it was like deja vu as I had lived it through pictures and stories the Pete brought back. Sounded like a heck of a good time. Pete and SPOKE's pictures were great.

What kinda question is that, they're so hoidy toidy they call pizza "Tart Flambe" The French, go figure. Ok, Ok, I know they're really Alsatians, I shouldn't be so harsh, and I have had a "Tart Flambe", but in Strasbourg. When I was young in Boy Scouts, we used to make a lot of Fart Flambes, that was always good fun, not sure if it's French or Alsatian in origin thgough.

If the Meivici comes with a Veyron as chase vehicle I'll take two.

I stayed at the Hostellerie in 2002 (with my wife and a Legend Ti) and again last year.

The restaurant is superb and the accomodations are adequate. The Schaetzels are also very nice folks. Ottrott, of course, is a lovely village and I am sure a wonderful time was had by all.
Nice pics!

On a scale of 1 to 10 IT WAS A 20 for fun and luxury!!!. Ben and Russ really laid out some great routes in order to ride off all those calories.

Mike Grotz always had a great bottle of wine open!!!

SPOKES even was capured tasting the wine. ;)

Kathy's son Charlie was affected for life by all the grapes that Mike fed him!!! :) :D
