My recent OP came from Excelsports. England plus shipping was similar.

If you'd like DT, Velocity, H+Son..let me know..far better than OpPros, IMHO.

I don't understand why anyone would buy Open Pros for a build today when there are so many nice rim options.

Bike24, order spokes from there while you're at it, as they've got a huge selection

The Open Pro Exalith is cancelled. I posted a pic of the MAvic website stating so.
There is no date for their release. Just listed as Cancelled.

i am a huge fan of archetype rims. they seem,, based on the sets i've built to come round and flat, and build up easy. more affordable than the HED offerings, and in my experience - have the best braking surface i've used.

actually i'm building a set right now with some sweet AC hubs i bought off the forum for a nice gravel all-around wheelset.

i generally buy from bikhubstore, spokes and nipples from them too. good prices and excellent customer service. ever have a question, they answer the phone and actually know what they sell.

Garish logos. Those would have to go.

Boyd and Pacenti.

Those are my current clincher rims of choice. Bought the Boyds from Boyd in the form of Altamont Lite wheels with White Industries hubs and most recently some Pacenti Forza from Ergott, laced to Wheels Mfg. (Alchemy) hubs.

I have more miles on the Boyds but both have been nice wheels.

FWIW, I sold my ENVE 3.4 clinchers for the Boyds and like the aluminum Boyds better for the riding I do.

Anyway, the OP asked where I buy my rims. Those are the sources. My next ones may be some Boyd 28mm tubulars. They keep coming back into my head.
