I'm turning to the forum for help on this one. I'm building a weatherproof drivetrain bike.

I'm looking for a non custom solution that fits the following criteria:

Drop Bar
Belt Drive
Alfine Di2 IGH
Reasonable road/commuter geometry
If discs, then hydro
Must clear 32s with fenders
Price point of $2000, might stretch to $2500

Right now, I could build that using a Specialized AWOL expert frame (I think). It's probably the most costly option. Other off the shelf bikes need to be modified to fit all that.

The BMC Alpenchallenge has IGH, belt, awesome looking geo, but no Di2.

The RXS is close with TRP hylex (di2 retrofit available), SS belt drive but can't do the IGH because of the 142x12 thru axle.

This is close with the Di2 IGH and belt, but the geometry is questionable, drop bars could be installed with Di2 hydro levers. Also I forgot it has 26" wheels.

Any other ideas? Anything you know of that I missed? Should I just deal with regular Alfine and a bar end shifter? Or is the geometry on that Biomega just funky enough to work?

Soma Wolverine would be a fun option.

Man that looks awesome but reading the fine print:

Shimano Alfine Di2 does not fit on the Wolverine because the belt line needs of the hub.

Argh. Seems like the industry needs to catch up in the coming year.

Spot Acme is pretty close.
But if you went custom, this would be really cool:

CoMotion maybe will fit your needs? I was just looking at their web site last night you may want to take a gander. They have several with Internal gear hubs. Have fun new bike shopping.

their "spork" fork is really something..
"...nobody made a full carbon – high clearance – rack mountable – fender mountable – through axle – flat mount disc brake – tapered steertube – trail ready fork. So we made it ourselves."
