Not sure if this is the venue for it, but for anyone in the New Haven area, please keep an eye out for my stolen Seven Elium SL. Taken today at 5:02 PM.

Oh man-

When I lived on Prospect st in the mid-80's I couldn't leave anything outside for even a minute. Someone even stole a wind chime.

I hope you get your bike back, it's a beauty.

Very sorry, I trust you've contacted the police and will be checking all the on-line possibilities for the next several months at least. Good luck.

Terrible to hear.

I'll keep my eyes open for that down in our CT neck of the woods, it's a standout.

file a police report. if the bike shows up on eBay/craigslist, having a police report on file may be necessary to try to reclaim it. at least that's what eBay told me after parts were stolen from my bike.

I'd suggest calling as many LBS's as you can dial as well to give them heads up. Seriously.

That's a pretty rare bird.

Probably lifted by some degenerate who has no idea what it is.

Sorry to hear man. Yes this place is fine to post such things, when your bike is stolen you need to get the word out everywhere. Check out pawn shops too. When mine was stolen a few years back the meth head that stole it tried to sell a $2500 dollar bike for $75 bucks at a local pawn shop. The shop owner immediately knew something was up. The police in Virginia have a system where pawn shops have to report daily on certain items over a certain value, that's how I ended up getting my bike back. So obviously get the police involved!

Good luck.

It looks like we might be similarly sized. If this puts you at N=0, I could "rent" you one of my Ti sleds for a while. Shipping plus a reasonable mileage depreciation or some such. We'd just have to sort out some "agreement" to protect ourselves. I'm guessing there might be folks closer who could help to though. I just know how much it sucks...

Keep an eye on Craigslist and Offerup and post adds on those sites like you did here,

Man, that really sucks. Hope you can find it soon. Sometimes I really, really, really hate people. But maybe that comes from working in Corrections since 1991. Good luck in getting it back. Matt

They'll likely part it out, strip and/or rebuild. Based on that build when checking pawn shops include the wheel description in addition to the frame. They are very distinct.

Happened to a friend and wheels went to one pawn shop and the frame the other.

Very sorry to hear and GL.
