I have always used Castelli bibs and they have been exceptional on long rides (6-15 hours). It seems everyone here in Germany just carries Assos.
I was thinking of trying Bergamo, which appears to use the same pad as the high end Assos. They can be had here for under EUR 100, so that seems like a good deal. Does anyone have experience with their bibs?
BTW, the castelli rep in Italy sent to 2007 catalog, which looks to have neat new bibs (very minimalist on the bib section and sleek), so I am trying to figure out if I can get those other than by traveling to Italy.
