This Shimano 7900 rear derailleur somehow got seriously out of alignment and found its way into the spokes. Are there replacement parts to be had, or is this just trash?

You have trash, get a new one. You might be able to get the ultegra version and utilize all the fancy fasteners if $ is why you would consider it

You might get lucky and scare up the pieces but not really worth the effort as it is probably bent and blown at each pivot point and given that its a 7900, it doesn't owe you much as its seen a respectable service life

As long as the part of the der body where the B-tension screw attaches, you're OK.

i can't login to Shimano's site to see if the parts are available, but if they are, it's not hard to fix that

There may be some aftermarket cages/pulleys if that is the only thing that broke. If the pivots got tweaked, like was said you likely have trash and isn't worth putting money into. Cost wise, I would think you are better off buying a lightly used one.

You can rebuild it. But probably cheaper and easier to source out a new/used 7900 rd
